Team Sky Rice Cakes

I've had a screen shot kicking around my desktop for months. Its the recipe for official Team Sky rice cakes and I've been fully intending to make some for a mega ride. Somehow I never got around to it, and truth be told I'm more of a flapjack man. Real Craft

We're currently half way through Monty Don's Real Craft, currently being aired on Channel 4 in the UK. Its a kind of Bake-off meets X Factor deal, with each episode taking 3 keen amateurs of a given traditional craft (woodwork, glass-making, &c.) through a crash course, and dangling the carrot of a juicy paid commission for one lucky winner. Yet in my eyes the real winner is Monty Don himself. The man is a workwear layering wizard:
